Beach Partner Terms
These terms describe what a Beach Partnership is on beach.guide.
The partnership
You adopt the beach.guide page for a named stretch. One beach, one Beach Partner. The term is annual — 12 months. Renewal is a new term.
Who may partner
beach.guide does not partner with adult businesses, gambling operators, or political campaigns. A Beach Partnership does not imply Town or official-beach affiliation.
Acceptance and ending
beach.guide may decline or end a partnership at any time, for any reason. A listing is not guaranteed. If a paid partnership ends, unused time is refunded prorated.
What partners do not control
Partners do not control ratings, recommendations, conditions, safety, editorial coverage, or comparisons.
