Town beach parks generally open 6am–10pm. In the peak paid window — Mar 1–Sep 7, 7am–5pm — expect $3/hr weekdays and $5/hr weekends, paid only with a phone app (no cash at the lot). Outside that peak window, parking fees are typically off.

Coligny free lot

The hub
Coligny Beach Park at 1 Coligny Circle — showers, boardwalk, and food. Free lot at 102 Pope fills early in season.
If the lot is full
Pivot to mid-island Town parks: Driessen, Burkes, or Folly Field. Alder Lane has 22 paid spaces — compact Town access. Closest larger lot is Coligny at 102 Pope.
Coligny Plaza’s free lot fills early. The next morning is Burkes, Driessen, or Folly Field.

Sea Pines gate and Beach Club
Paying the Sea Pines gate gets you into the plantation — it is not Beach Club beach access. A CSA gate pass (~$10/day) gets the car into Sea Pines. Beach Club is a separate day for owners and resort guests.
